About the staff

 Elder Cedric Spradley, Ph.D. and wife Dr. Patricia Cunningham Spradley, Ph.D. has been  married for more than 40 years. The last 23 years have been in the  ministry with 10 years as pastor of Friendship PB Church.
 

With a vision of building Friendship into a full-time ministry that  support the under served citizens of Gadsden County Dr. Spradley has  take the lead in many community projects. He presently serve on two  local committees the Gadsden County Development Council and the Gadsden  County Enterprise Zone . Named the National Businessman of the Year 2006  and State of Florida Development advisory Chairman makes him a ideal  leader for reconstructing this rural community.
 

Doctor Pat Spradley  has a strong financial background in the Banking  and investment industry. Add in her family values and she is the perfect  example for persons trying to balance work and home.
 

Serving several State and local organizational boards as president  which includes President of Women Congress for the Middle FL-GA Church  School Convention and FL State PB Convention's Youth Department. She is  also presently serving as VP of MFGPBA Women Congress.
